Human Tuberculosis Panel 1

The LEGENDplex™ Human Tuberculosis Panel 1 is a bead-based multiplex assay, using fluorescence encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 TB markers: VEGF, IL-10, EGF, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-5, GM-CSF, CXCL10 (IP-10), IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-6, CXCL9 (MIG), and TGF-β1. This panel provides higher sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use on serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples.
