Syntrophins are a family of five 60 kD adapter proteins that use their multiple protein interaction domains (two PHDs and a PDZ) to localize various signaling proteins (kinases, ion/water channels, or NOS) to specific intracellular locations. In neurons, syntrophins are known as the postsynaptic density protein (PSD) that serves to connect neurotransmitter receptors (such as nAChRs) to the cytoskeleton.Product Details

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 - 5.0 µg per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
