TGF-β1 is a member of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily of cytokines. TGF-β1 is produced as a large protein precursor, containing 390 amino acids, that is proteolytically processed to produce a mature peptide of 112 amino acids. It is a secreted protein that has different effect on different cell types or developmental stages some of which include immune cell regulation.Product Details
