RANTES (CCL5) is a member of the CC chemokine family. Its mature form consists of 68 amino acid residues. RANTES is a strong chemotractant for monocytes, NK cells, T cells, and eosinphils. RANTES may have important role in mediating immune and inflammatory responses.Product Details

- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood.

- Human RANTES cDNA is a member of the C-C chemokine family with a MW of around 8 kD. Human and mouse RANTES have 85% homology.
Reported to be produced by T cells, platelets, synovial fibroblasts, and some tumor cells.
